The service

Tracer is a private analytics tool for its operator’s own social media accounts. Access is by operator allowlist only; there is no public registration and no offer to the general public.

Acceptable use

Operators may connect only accounts they own or are authorised to manage, and must comply with the terms of each connected platform. The Service is read-only toward platforms: it never publishes, edits or engages on an operator’s behalf.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of metrics, or uninterrupted availability. Platform APIs change without notice and data may be delayed, partial or unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Service. Total aggregate liability is limited to zero euros (€0), reflecting that the Service is provided free of charge to its allowlisted operators.

Termination

Access may be revoked at any time by removing an account from the allowlist. Sections on liability and warranty survive termination.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
